Meet Filiz
Hi, I’m Filiz. With over 20 years of experience in movement and wellness, I bring a deep understanding of the body to all my classes and have a passion for helping others to thrive.
I am a level 4 master trainer and also have a background in Barre, yoga and circuit training. This knowledge helps combine technical expertise with mindful and compassionate coaching.
I hold a Masters degree in Physical Education and like to work closely with each person to support you through your own personal journey – building strength, resilience and confidence from the inside out. My goal is simple, to help you become the best version of yourself through movement that feels meaningful and empowering.
