Hi, I’m Athena and I’m a Reformer and Mat work Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people move and feel better in their bodies.
I first discovered Pilates whilst recovering from an injury and it completely changed how I thought about movement and exercise. I loved the fact that it was low-impact but still incredibly effective – it made me feel stronger and more in control of my body and recovery.
I love being able to share this experience with others to help you move more freely. Whether you’re new to Pilates, coming back from an injury, or just looking for a more mindful way to move, I’m here to support you.
