I am a veteran Pilates Teacher, NYC style Classical
and Contemporary, Mat and Reformer Pilates, and Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Personal Trainer, Feldenkrais Method Awareness Through Movement Practitioner and Nutritional Coach and Success Coach and Author of two books on Pilates and Yoga.
I enjoy teaching people of all ages and all levels, from Mums and Babies, Stressed Professionals, Families, Kids, Professional Athletes, Performers, De-Motivated Strugglers, Very Motivated Achievers, Injured people of all ages, Seniors, Post-Surgery Recovery and anyone that is exploring their health and
