Foundation Reformer Pilates
Our foundation Pilates classes are an ideal starting point if you’re a beginner at Pilates or need beginner reformer Pilates classes. Our reformer Pilates teachers will show you around the reformer so that you feel safe and comfortable. They will also offer you a straightforward introduction to some of the basic Pilates exercises. Our foundation Pilates classes focus on technique which allows you to strengthen, tone, improve your posture and increase your flexibility. The idea is to start slowly so you’ll progress with confidence and strength.
If you have never used the reformer before, we recommend taking a beginner class so you can get familiar with the reformer machine and learn how to use it safely. In this class, our instructors will also teach you the correct breathing techniques, the best positions for your posture and activating your core.
Intermediate reformer Pilates
Our Intermediate reformer Pilates class is a stepping stone between our foundation classes and dynamic reformer Pilates classes.
This class will move quicker than foundation, but does not incorporate as advanced moves as the dynamic reformer Pilates class.
This class aims to continue to build your strength, endurance and confidence whilst challenging you on the reformer. It will prepare you for the more experienced repertoire without overstretching you.
This is a great class to do if you have been coming to foundation for a while and want to start to challenge yourself.
Dynamic Reformer Pilates
Our dynamic Pilates classes are specifically designed for those who are more confident using the Pilates reformer. These reformer Pilates classes are at a faster pace and will challenge your skills. Expect to engage in sophisticated movements that demand a higher level of precision, control, stamina and strength. Our instructors will still provide you with modifications and options during the Pilates reformer class but these classes will push your limits and
challenge your mind.

Barre
Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that blends ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training.
Expect small, powerful movements that sculpt your muscles, increase your balance, and work your core – all to the beat of the music.
No dance experience needed, just show up ready to sweat and have fun!
Hot Pilates
Our mat Pilates classes focus on controlled movements designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness. These sessions include a mix of bodyweight exercises, often with the support of props such as bands, balls or blocks to increase challenge or provide assistance.
You can expect a balance of strengthening, mobility and stretching exercises that target the abdominals, back, hips and glutes, as well as improving alignment and stability.
The classes are suitable for all levels, with clear progressions and modifications offered throughout. Beginners will find safe and accessible options, while more experienced participants can choose advanced variations for a deeper challenge. The style is precise, low-impact and mindful, making it effective for building strength and flexibility without strain.
Hot Yoga
Our yoga classes are taught in a warm to hot room and follow a Vinyasa flow style, linking breath with movement through dynamic and creative sequences. Each session typically begins with gentle warm-ups, then builds into flowing standing and balancing postures, core work and deeper stretches, before closing with relaxation. The heat supports deeper flexibility, circulation and detox, while the sequences help build strength, mobility and mindfulness.
The classes are suitable for all levels, with plenty of modifications and options offered so that beginners can practice safely and more experienced students can challenge themselves. Props are available, and students are encouraged to take rest whenever needed. The overall flavour is energising yet mindful, leaving participants feeling both challenged and restored.
Dynamic Mat Pilates
Dynamic mat Pilates emphasises balance, coordination and body awareness. It offers a faster pace class with a fluid flow and wide variety of exercises.
This energetic approach provides a variety to your workout which not only strengthens and tones, but also helps support weight loss.
Shesensu
Shesensu is an energetic, mindful, movement flow. It’s a fun & effective mixed movement class for all abilities.

Expect a soundtrack of motivating, electronic and tribal beats so you feel the rhythm deep in your body.
Shesensu focuses around a mind-body connection and is a holistic experience which encourages appreciation and respect for the body, letting you admire what your body can do rather than what it can’t.
