Meet Sevgi
Hi I am Sevgi, an experienced Pilates and Yoga instructor with a passion for helping individuals discover their
inner strength, flexibility and inner peace.
I certified as a Pilates instructor through Balance Body Pilates and have a dynamic approach to Pilates which combines strength training, core
conditioning, and flexibility to help my clients achieve their fitness goals.
I am also a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor, offering a holistic approach to yoga and emphasising the
mind-body connection along with the importance of breath. I specialise in Vinyasa yoga and love to create classes
that are accessible to people of all levels.
I believe in creating a nurturing and inclusive space where everyone can explore their practice, at their own pace. My classes tend to be known for their harmonious blend of dynamic flows, mindful movement, and attention to alignment.
