Tal is a Reformer Pilates instructor who’s all about helping people move with intention and feel truly connected to their body. Her classes focus on building strength and mobility in a way that feels good.
Tal fell in love with Pilates for how it transformed both her body and mind, and that passion comes through in every session. Her teaching style is grounded in mindful movement, with plenty of focus on alignment, body awareness, and doing things properly (because that’s where the magic happens!)
